Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Bright Sparkle Academy does not guarantee particular academic results, developmental outcomes, or improvements in learning performance.

The service is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may be offered through paid subscriptions if and when subscription services are activated.

Before completing a purchase, the checkout process will disclose the applicable price, billing interval, material terms, and renewal conditions.

If recurring subscriptions are offered:

• The subscription will renew automatically only as disclosed during checkout and permitted by law.
